Cinema Round Table - Tet's movie season

Recently, Tet Movies (movies shown on Tet holiday) have always got huge attention from local audience. Tet holiday has become the most exciting time of Vietnam cinema, as it observed a silent yet very tough competition among film companies to be the top box office winner. Every single feature of the film from script, title to actor, director and especially budget and marketing campaign is put into competition. Thus, every year, Tet movies bring a new aspect and asmostphere to local cinema.

Cinema Roundtable themed “Tet's movie season” is a chance for you to listen to opinions of one who works on film making field as well as comments and and criticism of a journalist. so that you can have a better understanding of this issue. 2008 Tet Movie Nu hon than chet will aso be screened.

Introduction
The Centre for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents was established under the Decision 236/HĐA signed by Mr. Tran Luân Kim, Secretary General of Vietnam Cinema Association on 15 August 2002, with the purposes to design and implement programs to assist and develop movie talents and other activities for the development of Vietnam cinema.
