On Sunday March 15^th, 3 classes of the project “We are the film makers”- implemented by TPD center- Vietnam Cinema Association officially started. Students of class H1, H2, H4 had their first lesson at TPD center and British Council. They are eligible students who are highly supported by their families and willing to spend time and effort on the course, which will last for 16 weeks. At the end of the course, each student will make a documentary and a feature film.

Up to now, the project “We are the filmmakers” has started its enrollment in 10 secondary schools  and high schools in Hanoi. 100 students from high schools such as Chu Van An, Kim Lien, Thang Long, Yen Hoa etc,  and secondary schools including Marie Curie, Ngo Si Lien, Luong The Vinh etc, have been selected for 4 classes, after passing a test about IQ, social knowledge and imagination ability and an interview. They are now all eager to learn about basic movie knowledge and film making skills.

In the near future, TPD will open more classes on documentaries and short films.
