About Atonement
Adapted from Ian McEwan's Booker Prize winning novel, Atonement tells a story of a 13 year old
girl living in the 30s of the last century, whose jealousy and misunderstanding
ruined the love of her sister and the housekeeper's son and broke them apart.
World War broke out and brought about dramatic changes, the young girl, now was
a military nurse, still felt guilty for what she had done...
Atonement won Golden Globe for Best Motion
Picture- Drama, and got 7 nominations in Oscar 2008.
