Documentary film Master Class

Dear students of "We are the filmmakers"

In summer 2010, TPD Center - Vietnam Cinema Association will organize master classes in Documentary film for students of "We are the filmmakers" project.

Syllabus:

Timeline: 8 classes/ 2 months on every Sunday.

Students will work with professional camcorders (Sony PD 170 and PD 150) and sound recording device (Fostex SR-2)

Lecturers: Well-known and experienced directors, cameramen and sound engineers.

Requirements:

- Students from classes H0 to H10 of "We are the filmmakers" project

- Have graduating film highly-evaluated by TPD Center

- Have ideas for the documentary to be made in the course. The documentary must be 20 - minutes long or more.

The first class will be held on May, 16th, 2010.

Time: From 14:00 to 17:00

Venue: TPD Center, 22A Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi

Introduction
The Centre for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents was established under the Decision 236/HĐA signed by Mr. Tran Luân Kim, Secretary General of Vietnam Cinema Association on 15 August 2002, with the purposes to design and implement programs to assist and develop movie talents and other activities for the development of Vietnam cinema.
