About Pedro Almodovar

Award-winer, Pedro Almodovar has been known as the best director, if not the most famous figure in contemporary Spanish cinema.

Director of colorful Volver, dramatic All About my Mother and many other wonderful movies, Almodovar has successfully combined pop culture, sex, violence, religion and music into his movies, brought about a fresh, exciting and somehow contentious view on his country. His movies have a deep effect on his audience not only in his home country but all over the world, on their view about life in the sunny and windy Iberia.

Introduction
The Centre for Assistance and Development of Movie Talents was established under the Decision 236/HĐA signed by Mr. Tran Luân Kim, Secretary General of Vietnam Cinema Association on 15 August 2002, with the purposes to design and implement programs to assist and develop movie talents and other activities for the development of Vietnam cinema.
