Oberhausen is a long time film festival in Germany and is one of the oldest short film festivals in the world (started in 1954). In this festival, famous directors as Martin Scorsese, George Lucas, Roman Polanski, François Ozon and Werner Herzog had presented their early works.
Oberhausen Film Festival has lasted from
3rd to 8th May, gathering more than 60 short films
from many countries in the international films category. The festival
